Why Take This Class?
Many organizations try to implement CMMI by writing large process documents and hoping the organization will use them. This process stuff is often a burden and is usually ignored.
This 3-hour self-paced class explains how to use CMMI to address business goals and project challenges, and avoid creating bloated documentation. The class will focus on Maturity Levels 2 and 3 of the Development model.
